Sony World offers a 30-day return window for all premium electronics, ensuring you have the perfect cinematic or audio experience with every purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your Sony World account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device back into its original Sony branded box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
